PC DOCS Install Notes - 7/96
On a recent NT/Oracle DOCS Open install, we noticed that the entries were automatically displaying in upper case.
When we checked with tech support, it turns out that the Oracle engine has no case insensitive sort order, therefore DOCS Open forces input to upper case -- no way around it.
