Technology Architecture Assessment Analysis - MNK Consultants come onsite to your site(s) and review your current Information Systems and Communications Architecture. Then through a series of interviews with your personnel, we build an Information and Communications Needs document ("Report Card") and then rate how well your current systems meet these needs.

Strategic Information Systems Plan - This starts off with the above described architecture analysis, and then builds on that to develop a plan for the next five years to meet the defined needs.

Infrastructure Improvements and Installations - We work with companies to improve existing networks and platforms to better meet their needs; and help design and implement new networks and systems.

Disaster Recovery Plan - Most companies are ill prepared for any type of disater or interruption to operations. In this engagement, we assess the preparedness of the technology systems and people to deal with a minor or major disaster and then work with your staff to prepare a plan that deals with the most common types of interruptions and the major disasters in a cost effective and efficient fashion.

Custom Consulting - After a preliminary meeting, MNK Consulting will prepare a proposal to provide consulting services to accomplish whatever goals are mutually agreed on. Our proposals typically provide a scope statement, project plan, milestones and deliverables.
